Il Pulsed Dye laser 595 nm (FPDL) è una tecnologia non ablativa, normalmente utilizzata per il trattamento delle lesioni vascolari superficiali (PWS, teleangectasie del volto, rosacea, pecilodermia). L’esperienza clinica ci ha permesso di trattare pazienti con un numero sempre crescente di indicazioni non primitivamente vascolari. Il FPDL si è rivelato sicuro ed efficace come trattamento principale o complementare per vari disturbi dermatologici in cui una alterazione della microcircolazione cutanea può avere un ruolo nella patogenesi della lesione. Il suo utilizzo si limita oggi a una selezione di casi in cui le altre terapie non hanno dimostrato efficacia o quando i pazienti non hanno la possibilità o non accettano di sottoporsi ai trattamenti più tradizionali
